Month2Month is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist has a daily and direct impact on the success of the business as part of the sales team. Responsibilities
  1. Utilize solution-oriented sales skills to maximize revenue for the company
  2. Provide prospective guests and clients with a stellar customer service experience
  3. Provide accurate information regarding availability, sales promotions for our valued customers
  4. Receive requests by phones, email, PMS for home solutions, bids, and changes or cancellations directly from prospective guests or clients.
  5. Responds immediately to inquiries/information needs and provides positive, courteous service to clients
  6. Manage account relationships for long-term success
  7. Develop customer outreach strategies and foster business partnerships

Requirements
  1. Must be a team player that takes initiative and work well under pressure in a fast-changing environment

  3. 2+ years of corporate housing/hotel/vacation rental industry experience is preferred, but not required

The Business Development Executive is responsible for overseeing the process of business development within the company to promote its longevity. The duties include working closely with other company executives and management teams, meeting with potential business partners and maintaining existing client relationships and monitoring market trends to come up with new business ventures. This role has three main objectives: expanding on current opportunities by furthering active relationships, developing new incoming opportunities, and developing additional opportunities with strategic affiliate and partnerships.

Responsibilities
  1. Identify potential partners and affiliates (P&A) for lead generation, including, but not limited to insurance companies, relocation companies, corporations, and other hospitality or midterm housing market segments
  2. Develop a high-growth approach strategy and messaging to engage P&A targets
  3. Responsible for meeting presentations and conduct online and face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients.
  4. Responsible for performance reports for each engaged P&A, and maintain a pipeline for targets
  5. Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies to generate end customer leads
  6. Responsible for onboarding and implementation programs program for affiliate/partner support systems for technology adoption
  7. Maintain an understanding of the overall market and a SWOT analysis in order to identify potential business opportunities and trends
  8. Follow up on opportunities uncovered by other sales channels.
  9. Keep appropriate parties informed of trends, opportunities, and market changes, as needed.
  10. Provide ongoing feedback and suggestions from customers and prospects.
  11. Establish clear expectations for customers throughout the sales process.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Requirements
  1. 4 or more years of experience selling relocation services, including home sale/purchase, home search, local orientation, temporary housing, or international and domestic HHG moving is preferred
  2. Strong experience in Sales, Business Development and Account Management
  3. Able to demonstrate experience in building robust pipelines and accurate sales forecasting
  4. Excellent sales track record, proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  5. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred
  6. Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills are crucial
  7. Excellent negotiation skills are essential
  8. Must have a hunter mentality with a proven track record of profitable account acquisition and growth
  9. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and is a self-starter
  10. Ability to travel to client meetings, networking events, and other travel as needed
  11. Hybrid or WFH will be considered

Month2Month is seeking a Customer Service Specialist. The ideal candidate should have startup experience who embraces versatilities and a fast paced working environment. This person must be able to multi-task, be adaptive to business needs, have very positive energy, collaborative and customer centric.

Responsibilities
  1. You will be providing the guests with move-in/out and living assistance, solutions to any questions and issues throughout their stays.
  2. This role will work closely and cross-functionally with Inside sales, Product, Accounting teams to provide our guests with an enjoyable and flawless living experience.
  3. Assist with reservation and move-in paperwork as needed
  4. Point person for all guest communications after move-in
  5. Resolve reported client and guest maintenance/or service issues
  6. Confirm move-out and/or manage and complete extension request when need
  7. Maintain and deliver guest services monthly reports to management
  8. Identify areas for process improvements
  9. Support day-to-day operational procedures
  10. Provide property tours & meet & greets when requested
  11. Communicate with sales teams on any issues or concerns with guests stay
  12. Upload new property information and maintain accuracy
Requirements
  1. Problem-solving and the ability to exercise critical thinking
  2. Confidence to take the empowerment given and make/present decisions for customer solutions
  3. Willingness to pursue the goal of continual improvement, adapt in a changing environment, anticipate customer needs, and exceed customer expectations
