DESCRIPTIONS
Very good location and convenient to everywhere. It is offer 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Nice and decent, good floor plan, bright. The max occupancy is 11. Orlando International Airport is only 19 miles away, while Kissimmee Gateway Airport is less than 9 miles away. Both kids and adults of all ages will enjoy the thrills and local entertainment at Disney World and local amusement parks. Disney World is a only 9 miles to drive from the house. SeaWorld Orlando is a mere 10 miles from the house and Universal Studios is merely 12 miles away.

CANCELLATION POLICY
1 Any amount paid by Guest, excluding the service fee, will be refunded if the booking is cancelled more than 60 days prior to the check-in date.
2 Half of the full payment, excluding the service fee, will be refunded if the booking is cancelled between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in date.
3 No refunds will be issued if the booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in date.
